Prime Hiring Solutions, Ltd., is looking for a Global Recruitment Specialist responsible for performing various aspects of recruitment and staffing for the organization. The recruitment specialist will be challenged to work independently and as a TEAM in recruitment and social media areas. This dynamic person will ensure Prime Hiring Solutions attracts, hires, and retains the best teachers and employees while developing a strong talent pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screening interviews (face to face, virtual, telephonic)
  • Screen resumes and candidate files for suitability
  • Maintain resumes for future vacancies
  • Attend career fairs (company, university, etc.)
  • Advertise and solicit resumes from candidates
  • Use web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and presentations
  • Remain up to date on the qualifications of client positions to fill
  • Analyze recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources
  • 2 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Mandarin)
  • Excellent with using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Good multitasking skills and time-management skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
