Prime Hiring Solutions, Ltd., is looking for a marketing & sales representative responsible for generating leads and meeting identified sales goals. The duties will include marketing & sales presentations, scheduling sales presentations, implementing sales strategies, and using social media to identify and make initial contact with new business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have an understanding or willingness to learn the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales & marketing role is an advantage.
Marketing & Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Generating leads (social media, cold calling, etc.)
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Creating sales presentations for prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about services, products, prices, and availability
Marketing & Sales Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Mandarin)
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and 3rd party agencies
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work daytime and non-traditional hours, including some nights and weekends
- Must be savvy with social media and digital technology
