Prime Hiring Solutions, Ltd., is looking for a social media specialist who will be responsible for planning, managing & measuring all social marketing efforts on a day-to-day basis. The ability to create reports that demonstrate measurable results is critical to this role. The social media specialist must have a deep understanding of the internet including but not limited to, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, online marketing, social networking sites, discussion boards, blogs, video creation and sharing, widgets and podcasting.
Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Social Media Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Mandarin)
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo, QQ, etc., and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
