Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans
- Produce summative and formative assessment reports
- In charge of evaluations of and set exams/tests for students with timely feedback, including improvement recommendations
- Work with supervisors and colleagues for classroom observation
- Participate in extracurricular activities in addition to normal teaching hours
- Participate in student admission, which may include the students’ entrance interviews, the parents’ meetings and the presence on school open days
Requirements:
- Holds a Master’s degree in a relative field(s). Oversea education background is preferred
- A teaching certificate is required (Chinese teaching certificate/PGCE/iPGCE)
- 2 years or above of experience in teaching students in an A-level program or CAIE IGCSE program, with excellent performance outcomes from the students taught
- Coaching experience in high-profile international events
- Fluent in Chinese and English for the bilingual positions
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: ￥27000-33000 rmb/m for the foreign teacher’s position
- Housing allowance: 2000 rmb/m or free housing (1-bedroom fully furnished apartment, utilities paid by the teacher)
- Holidays: 2-3 weeks Winter Holiday. 5-6 weeks of Summer Holiday if the contract period includes the summer. 3 days of a break for Christmas celebration
- Health insurance for foreign teachers: high-end commercial medical coverage insurance
- Work VISA and residence permit for foreign staff
- Flight allowance: ￥10,000 rmb for teachers traveling from point of hire to China
- Relocation costs￥3,000 rmb for the teacher hired in China
- Meal subsidy: 600 rmb/m
- 15-25k/month （bilingual teacher）
